The Londonderry Garage commitment to keeping your equipment working at peak levels of efficiency is second to none. In all areas of our business, whatever the need, Londonderry Garage can meet it! As well as providing a comprehensive on site maintenance and Warranty support service for all our franchise products, we offer a depot based body repair and refurbishment facility and undertake general service and repair work. All routine servicing and repairs can be carried out here at Londonderry, at the customer's premises, or off-site.
Over £500,000 has been invested in building two dedicated facilities for the installation, refurbishment and service of Multilift, Hiab and Garwood Systems. Our dedicated Assembly/Engineering workshop employs ten people, including five skilled 'coded' welders. All assembly, installation, testing and servicing is done here on the wide range of chassis that utilize the body systems. The workshop is equipped with overhead cranes, pit, jigs and metal working machinery, with many elements being purpose made by Londonderry.
As well as the usual service and repair work, Londonderry Garage expertise is also increasingly in demand for vehicle refurbishment. This may entail replacing or transferring the equipment on an existing chassis, providing and installing a completely new unit, or tailoring a vehicle to suit customer's application.
We also operate a fleet of twelve service support vehicles, all manned by qualified technicians equipped with the latest electronic testing equipment utilizing Laptops via Blue tooth, Hot Works welding equipment, Hydraulic flow and pressure diagnostic equipment, and various specialist tools required to support our franchised products. All vans are monitored by GPS systems and is in telephone contact with HQ and therefore able to deal with urgent repairs on site.
All our equipments can be supported with tailor made equipment Service and Full Repair / Maintenance contract to enable users to quantify their longer term maintenance costs.
